Screen capture is built into the Mac for free and it works great. But the price of CleanShot X is well worth the additional features offered. (Crosshair Capture, Scrolling Capture, Screen Recording, Cloud-based Sharing and more.) This is by-far one of my most used tools on this list. I literally use it multiple times a day.

Record quick videos of your screen and camera that are instantly ready to share and watch using the loom cloud service. Pro tip: Loom is perfect for giving a quick lesson or screen recording errors to send your go-to tech person.

Meeter
Meeter lets you easily manage your calls, you can join scheduled meetings from your calendar (Zoom, Hangouts, Webex, Teams & many more) and also initiate 1:1 audio calls. When a Zoom link is added to your calendar, Meeter automatically sets a timer and reminders with a quick link to join the meeting in your toolbar.
